Which areas do you cover?

We have customers and contracts across Sleaford and the whole NG34 postcode area. We’ll do our very best to fit you into our cleaning schedules!

How much do you charge?

This is probably the question we are asked the most! This is determined by the number, type, size and accessibility of the windows to be cleaned, and also the cleaning schedule agreed with you. We strive to provide value for money alongside excellent customer service. Please ask us for a quote without any obligation.

We review our prices on the second anniversary of the commencement of service, and subsequently at 2 yearly intervals.

Do you clean windows in all weathers?

Because we use a ‘wet’ cleaning method, we are able to work in light rain without compromising the quality of our work.

Common sense prevails in determining whether to work on a particular day. However, we do not consider drizzle, light rain or the forecast of rain to be valid reasons to cancel or postpone a scheduled clean. In such circumstances we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services.

Are you insured?

We carry insurance specifically provided for window cleaning. This includes £2m Public liability cover and accidental damage cover. Written confirmation of our insurance cover can be provided on request. We can also provide method statements and risk assessments, and as you would expect, we are fully Health and Safety compliant.

Do you clean the frames and sills?

We clean frames and sills as standard. We will also wash down your doors at no extra charge, and if your velux windows are accessible, we can clean them as well!

Do you use a cleaning product or add anything to the water you use?

No. It’s rather a matter of what is taken out. Our reverse osmosis system removes up to 95% of the total dissolved solids and other impurities present in tap water. The water is then passed through a deionisation resin stage to ensure an even higher level of purity.

The science is interesting for those so minded, but crucially we are left with water that provides highly effective cleaning, and that can be left to dry, spot and smear free!

I’m usually out during the day. Will you be able to clean my windows, and how would I pay you?

We will contact you the day before our visit, to make any access arrangements. Our preferred payment method is via online banking and we can provide our account details for this purpose. We can also accept payment in cash or with a cheque by prior arrangement.
